The extreme results came with extreme commitment. Together with the folks on the boards and in WOWY, we kept it going for the full 90 days. All along I met other people who were struggling, so I didn't feel quite as much like I was doing it all wrong or there was no hope for me. I posted my progress on our Message Boards, logged in to WOWY to work out with my crew, and participated in chats a couple times a week. I like to conquer stuff, and am generally surprised when I can't master something in one or two attempts. Of, "it's okay if you 're struggling," is I don't want you to quit if you struggle.
